Chairs are the basic structure subdivisions of Pastukhov State Academy of Industrial Management. The qualification improvement and the professional retraining based on approved curricula is organized as well as the scientific research is conducted.

The сhair develops and implements training programs and seminars for managers and specialists of state and local government, offers consulting and support services to procurement procedures, examination of documentation.
Directions of the activity: improvement of professional skills of managers and specialists of state authorities and local government; training of specialists in field of state and municipal order; training of state and municipal specialists in the anti-corruption matter; training, development of documentation and support of procurement procedures for commercial organizations; consulting assistance to participants of order placement in competitive procedures; Examination of documentation.

The chair develops and implements study programs and consulting services in the field of management for top-managers and leading specialists to improve professional knowledge, to develop cultural and professional competence, to perfect business skills, to prepare for new job responsibilities.
One of the main principles of the chair is constantly-updated education, development and application of advanced forms of education, which include new European methodology (Analysis of Integrated Management System, Business Process Modeling, Development of System Documentation), innovative method, psychological trainings, project approach.
